In general I am very impressed by all the doctors at the surgery and the attention given to both my family and to myself. Even though they are working under massive time constraints and are overwhelmed with work I always feel that they all try their utmost to provide a professional service in spite of the circumstances. I am full of admiration and respect for them as a team. I also feel the staff manning the reception are admirable. Their job is stressful and pressurized yet they do their utmost to be flexible and listen to patients requests.
